Weekly Slot Round-up: New Games from 1spin4win, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play and More

This week brought several new slot releases and partnership announcements from studios including 1spin4win, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Nolimit City and Imagine Live. The news was compiled in a weekly round-up by Gaming Intelligence.
New slot releases
1spin4win has launched Golden Joker Halloween, a seasonal game timed for the spooky season. It brings back the studio's well-known Lady Joker character in a dark Gothic setting and uses the Plus Coin mechanic. Art director Olga Bogdanova described Halloween as the spookiest and most entertaining night of the year.
Play'n GO released Wrappin' More Gold, a five-reel video slot. A mummy that grows during play sits at the centre of three Collect & Win features. Games ambassador Magnus Wallentin said collecting features work best when players can see their progress straight away.
Pragmatic Play has moved one of its best-known titles into its new POP series with Sweet Bonanza POP. Sharon McHugh, the company's director of public relations, said the aim was to develop a player favourite while keeping the elements that made the original successful.
Evolution-owned Nolimit City released Six Feet Under, a game built around a dark take on friendship. Head of product Lars Soderberg said the team wanted to explore a much darker side of friendship and described the result as pretty disturbing.
Market expansion and partnerships
- BGaming signed a partnership with LaFija.com, an online casino and sports betting operator in Peru. CEO Marina Ostrovtsova called Peru one of the fastest-growing markets in Latin America.
- Imagine Live expanded in Italy through a deal with Microgame. Microgame is the studio's first aggregator in the country and is described as Italy's leading gaming service provider. Chief commercial officer Nadiya Attard said the market has real potential for the company.
Kevin Hart live casino takeover
Pragmatic Play also began a series of promotions ahead of comedian Kevin Hart's live casino takeover. Chief operating officer Irina Cornides said excitement around the collaboration is growing as the date gets closer.
Sustainability in iGaming
BGaming's chief marketing officer, Kate Puteiko, also spoke about sustainability, a topic she says is becoming part of the conversation in the online gaming industry. She suggested companies do not need large initiatives to start. Instead, they can review long-standing practices and look for better ways of doing things.
